Dr. Phillips received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Ohio State University. He served his residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. In addition to his private practice work, Dr. Phillips is also an active staff member of Lancaster General Hospital, the Past President of Lancaster County Dental Society, and the Chair of the Dental Access Lancaster County (DALCO) Steering Committee. He is also an active member of the American Association of Hospital Dentists, the American Dental Association, and the Pennsylvania Dental Association.  

Dr. Phillips’ specific areas of expertise include Cosmetic Bonding, Crowns and Bridges, Prosthetic Dentistry, Implants, Hospital Dentistry and Nitrous Oxide Sedation. Dr. Phillips and his wife Margaret have one daughter who is married and an officer in the USMC.
